- Individuals and third parties: $80 per hour*
- Specialty maintenance: $90–$200 per hour*
- Cleaning and lawn care: $50–$135 per hour*

How can I pay my association fees?
Association fees can be paid through the resident portal, where balances are visible and payments can be submitted online. -
How can I check if my HOA dues are current in my account?
Account status can be reviewed in the resident portal. The ledger indicates whether dues are current or if any balance is outstanding. -
Where do I get a copy of the governing documents for the association?
Governing documents are available in the resident portal, under the “Files” tab. -
What legal responsibilities are there if I rent my unit?
Owners are responsible for ensuring residents comply with all HOA rules and regulations. Any violations, fees, or damages caused by residents remain the responsibility of the owner. -
What resident information do I need to provide to you?
Required resident information includes full name, contact details, lease term, and any additional forms requested by management. -
What are the covenants, conditions, and restrictions for the association?
The CC&Rs outline community rules, property guidelines, and owner responsibilities. These are included in the governing documents and are available to review in the Resident Portal. -
Where can I submit questions, comments and work orders?
All inquiries and maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal, under the “Maintenance” tab. -
