Our Philosophy

We have been personally investing in rental properties for over 20 years. After growing increasingly dissatisfied with the other property management companies that we were using, we started managing our own properties and grew our systems from the ground up as investors in rental real estate.

Our processes and systems were developed from the point of view of real estate investors, not just property managers. We treat the properties that we manage as if they are our own because that’s how we built the company. Your tenants will be chosen and treated as if they are our own tenants. Your investment property will be managed exactly like we manage our own investments. Your property will be maintained like one of our own properties by our own people. From operations to general maintenance, we are invested in your success as much as our own.
